Mr. Joseph F. Charles is a Laboratory Technician at EPA- Liberia. He holds a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management from the Pan-African University and Bachelor of Science Degree in Natural Resource Management from Cuttington University. Mr. Charles is an African Union Fellow and has interest in the Sustainable Development of Liberia.
