Sarah R. Johnson graduated from East Tennessee State University with a B.S. (2010) and M.S. Chemistry (2016). Since obtaining her B.S., she has worked as a chemist for the Unimin/Sibelco Corporation, including while obtaining her M.S. degree. During that time, she discovered a love of teaching and received awards for Outstanding Teaching Assistant.
