Electrosurgery (ES) is a popular and growing trend of practice in surgical procedures that involves in using well-regulated constant output power in order to invoke heating in the tissue and perform various surgical effects.This project proposes a revolutionary new approach that has two facets of monitoring and control.In order to prevent thermal damage from occurring an accurate thermal monitoring system is proposed that uses both a thermocouple and an Infrared (IR) Camera in order to monitor the temperature and the thermal spread of the ES equipment.The thermal monitoring technique with the use of the IR camera also reported reduced thermal…
