Über den Autor


Joseph Raz is Professor of the Philosophy of Law at the University of Oxford; and Visiting Professor of Jurisprudence at Columbia University, New York. Before becoming a Fellow of Balliol College, Oxford, in 1972 he was Senior Lecturer at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is a Fellow of the British Academy and an honorary foreign member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. He has been a visiting professor at Rockefeller University, the AustralianNational University, the University of California at Berkeley, the University of Toronto, the University of Southern California, Yale Law School, and the University of Michigan, and a Visiting Mellon Fellow at Princeton University
