Electrochemical Transistor and Chemoresistor based Sensors
Measurement Technique, Materials and Applications
In this work new measurement techniques for the use in chemoresistors and electrochemical transistors are presented. The simultaneous two- and four-point measurement technique is used to discriminate between contact and bulk resistances in such sensors. By integrating two additional electrodes (reference and auxiliary) on the sensor chip, the possibility of electrochemical regeneration of conducting polymer based gas sensors is presented. Über den Autor
Ulrich Lange studied chemistry at the University of Regensburg.After he graduated in 2002 he joined the Institut of Analyticalchemistry, Chemo-and Biosensors at the same university as PhDstudent under the supervision of Prof. V.M. Mirsky. He worked onchemical sensors basded on conducting polymers and graphene. Hefinished his PhD work in 2010.
