In 2001 in Victoria, Australia, the state government, on the recommendation of a Ministerial Review into post compulsory pathways, implemented 31 Local Learning and Employment Networks (LLEN) covering the state. Dr Annelies Kamp is Strategy and Development Manager for Mission Australia and Adjunct Research Fellow, Political and Social Inquiry at Monash University. She has held senior roles in the post compulsory education sector in New Zealand and Australia. She serves as a member of the Victorian Adult, Community and Further Education Board.
