Über den Autor
Sal Kingfisher was raised in the wooded Ozark foothills. He received his education from the wise and hardened hill folk who frequented the dark and smoky inns and taverns where his mother worked and his father played. Aside from a single grainy photograph, he has not been seen in many years.
