Biodiesel is receiving increased attention as an alternative, non-toxic, biodegradable and renewable diesel fuel. Biodiesel comes in use due to depletion of petroleum fuels and the environment benefits. Biogas can also be used with the biodiesel in I.C engine because of its better mixing ability and clean burning nature with very minor modifications in the engine.
