Dr Parmod Kumar is presently Asst Professor of English at Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He is recipient of India Australia-India Council Fellowship for year 2010 and has done research on concerns of indigenity in India and Australia. He has been working on Indian Writings in English, Film Studies and New literatures.
