Über den Autor


Matthias Klumpp is professor for production and logistics management at the Georg-August-University of Göttingen, FOM University of Applied Sciences Essen and senior researcher at the Fraunhofer Institute for Material Flow and Logistics (IML) Dortmund. He received his PhD from the University of Leipzig, his Habilitation from the University of Duisburg-Essen and was in visiting positions at the University of Twente, EUI Florence, University of Lugano (IDSIA), and the University of Modena. Addressed research topics are sustainable, digital (AI), and resilient supply chains with a focus on HCI and qualification.Caroline Ruiner is professor for sociology at the University of Hohenheim in Germany. She studied sociology and management science at Goethe-University Frankfurt, received her doctorate in sociology at the University of Augsburg and habilitated at the Faculty of Social Sciences at Ruhr University Bochum. Her research focuses on new work and new employment relationships and the effects on individual and organizational levels as well as with regard to industrial relations.
