Über den Autor
Heidi Möller is Professor of Theory and Methodology of Counseling at the University of Kassel. She has been consulting individuals, teams, and organizations in a wide variety of industries with a systemic-psychodynamic perspective for 25 years. Her scientific focus is on outcome and process research of different counseling formats. She leads the postgraduate master's program in Coaching, Supervision, and Organizational Consulting (COS) in addition to teaching in the psychology programs.Jannik Zimmermann, M.Sc. is a business psychologist and coach. He has been working as a research associate at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Counseling at the University of Kassel since 2020. His research interests relate to work-related counseling formats.
