This book is about a research on crisis management performances of Turkish hotels in a large scale tourism crisis. The study used an adapted framework in six stages of crisis management. The number of research on crisis management in hospitality organisations is very limited in the literature, so this study specifically focused on five-star hotels and aimed to reveal the types of crisis management strategies in a crisis situation. 24 specific questions in Turkish were developed.
