Developing countries are faced with the problem of a balanced diet. Spirulina is a food supplement superior to soybeans which can help poorly nourished populations to cover their daily food needs. Growing spirulina in these regions is very expensive. Inputs imported in full. This document provides a culture medium reduced in inputs allowing the optimum production of spirulina so that producers spend less on inputs.
