Bioactive Nanoemulsion
In the assay of total phenolic compounds, the value of 350.86 mg EAT g-1, being a significant result for the presence of the class in the essential oil. In the antioxidant activity test, the EC50in 195.39 mg L-1 for the action of C. aromaticus being classified as promising. It was observed that the action of the EO as a larvicide is determined by the LC50¬¬of 3.24 mg L-1, while for the nanoemulsion a higher action of 1.83 mg L-1 was observed. The results obtained allowed us to conclude that the studied EO presented an effective larvicidal activity against Aedes aegypti larvae.
