Averil Leimon is a director of White Water Strategies, a London based leadership consultancy. She has pioneered the process of psychology and coaching in business for over 20 years. She is one of the foremost UK specialists in the science of positive psychology. This is her fourth book on coaching.François Moscovici is also a director of White Water Strategies. He advises senior leaders around Europe on both their business and personal strategies.
