Chang Liu started his PhD investigation into 'Visual control strategies for small remotely piloted aircraft (RPA) operations in GPS denied environments' at the University of Southampton in October 2013. Before that, he obtained a Masters Degree in Artificial Intelligence from the same University in 2012.
