Calvin Dill Wilson was born in 1857 and died in 1946. He was an American clergyman, author, Member Glendale Company of Cincinnati Home Guards, during war period; Member Sons of Revolution, Society Colonial Wars, Phi Gamma Delta and Phi Beta Kappa. Graduated Washington and Jefferson College, 1876. Graduated Western Theological Seminary, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, 1879. Doctor of Divinity, Union Christian College, Merom, Indiana, 1899. Doctor of Letters, Washington and Jefferson College, 1938.
