David Lewington Crane is a History Instructor at Alamance Community College in North Carolina. He received two B.A.s in Political Science and History from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2002 and an M.A. in History from UNCW in 2006. He has academic expertise in identity, the Atlantic World, and American History.
