Dr. Robert Rodriguez is the founder and president of DRR Advisors LLC, a diversity consulting firm that specializes in Latino talent initiatives and diversity strategy. He has worked with over seventy-five corporations, including Intel, NBCUniversal, and Verizon, and he previously held leadership roles in the Association of Latino Professionals for America, Target, and the Washington Post. Andrés T. Tapia is senior client partner and the global diversity and inclusion solutions leader at Korn Ferry, a leadership and talent consultancy. He has over twenty-five years of experience as a C-suite management consultant, diversity executive, and journalist. He is the former president of Diversity Best Practices and former chief diversity officer for Hewitt Associates.
