Assessment Of Water Quality Of Hundru Fall, Ranchi (India)
Hundru Fall is situated around 40 km far from Ranchi, capital of Jharkhand and one of the famous tourist place of Jharkhand. Here the Subarnarekha river falls from a height of 320 feet and then enters into the Singhbhum District. The objective of this study was to evaluate water quality of the Hundru Fall of the Subarnarekha River and assess its feasibility for multi-purpose usage like, drinking, domestic, recreational activities, irrigation and fisheries.
