Arctic: Commerce, Governance and Policy
The Arctic is an antithesis. Global temperature rise is being experienced earliest and most intensely in the Arctic region. The changes are worrying but the commercial interests are equally enticing. The Arctic is witnessing the convergence of the geo-physical, the geo-economics and the geo-strategic in strange and dramatic ways. This book was originally published as a special issue of Strategic Analysis.
