André Dorsman is the president of the Center for Energy and Value Issues (CEVI) and an advisor to several MSEs and local government.Kazim Baris Atici is the director of Hacettepe University's Energy Markets Research and Application Center (Turkey) and an associate professor of operations research at the university's Department of Business Administration. Aydin Ulucan is the head of Hacettepe University's Quantitative Methods Division (Turkey) and a professor of operations research at the university's Department of Business Administration. Mehmet Baha Karan is a professor of finance at Hacettepe University (Turkey) and vice president of the Center for Energy and Value Issues (CEVI).
