Aydin Ulucan is the head of Hacettepe University's Quantitative Methods Division (Turkey) and a professor of operations research at the university's Department of Business Administration. Mehmet Baha Karan is a professor of finance at Hacettepe University (Turkey) and vice president of the Center for Energy and Value Issues (CEVI).
