Christopher Plumlee wrote this work as his Masters'' Thesis, graduating from the University of New Hampshire in 2008 with an MSEE focusing on Embedded Design and a certificate in Industrial Statistics. He lives in southern NH, where spends much of his time optimizing electronic designs and manufacturing tests for reliability and profitability.
