Silver nanoparticles major part of modern Biotechnology and medicinal Biotechnology. Biological synthesis or reduction methods have received increasing attention due to growing need to develop environmentally benign technologies in material synthesis. Recently, it has been observed that various types of inactivated biomasses and living organisms have the ability to remove high concentration of silver from solution to reduce silver to silver nanoparticle. Nanoparticles have been utilized as a therapeutic tool against microbes and in various infections, so for clinical applications it is very essential to understand their effect on microbes.
