Yenkong Ngangjoh Hodu is Professor of International Economic Law and Head of Law School at the University of Manchester.Makane Moïse Mbengue is Professor of International Law at the University of Geneva and Director of the Department of Public International Law and International Organization. He is also Affiliate Professor at Sciences Po Paris.
