Huntington disease is a complex neurodegenerative disorder. Presently, it is being treated sympatomatically based on patient symptoms/ condition. Present work is an attempt of authors to share their observation that treatment with caffeine and dipyridamole displayed significant protection highlighting their neuroprotective efficacy in HD like conditions.This further confirmed that targeting adenosinergic system could be an important therapeutic strategy in the management of HD like symptoms.
