Placidius Ndibalema is currently working with the University of Dodoma as an Assistant Lecturer and Head, Department of Educational Foundations and Continuing Education. He has a Bachelor of Education in Arts (Horns) from the University of Dar es Salaam and the Master of Arts (Ed) from the University of Dodoma.
