Studies on recovery of abdominal muscles function in women with birth experience have been questioned despite the availablity and prescriptions of different types of postnatal abdominal exercises. The effect on abdominal muscles' endurance of the developmental changes resulting from puberty, pregnancy, parity and menopause that women undergo are still not well investigated. He is a fellow of the African Doctoral and Dissertation Research Fellowship, Kenya and He's currently a PHD candidate in Physiotherapy at the Univeristy of Ibadan, Nigeria.
