The present study focus on the phytoconstituents of Aloe with a comparison strategy of physicochemical properties and activity between aloe leave and gel. Aloe Vera is the most popular medicinal plants, widely used in the prevention or treatment of skin diseases, metabolic diseases, cardiovascular diseases and cancers throughout the world.
