Dr Monica Taylor is a lecturer in the Department of Language, Linguistics and Philosophy at the Mona Campus of the University of the West Indies. Her research interests include the dynamics of English language teaching in a Creole-speaking environment, interaction in large classes and writing centre pedagogy.
