Carol A. Mullen, Ph.D., is associate professor of leadership studies at the University of South Florida and editor of the refereed international journal Mentoring & Tutoring: Partnership in Learning. This national award-winning researcher's specialty fields research include mentorship and graduate student inquiry, and her publications encompass eight books in addition to numerous journal articles. Dr. Mullen is recipient of the 2005 Florida Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (FASCD) Excellence Award.
